Charges filed in drug seizure

BACLIFF — One man was arrested after deputies searched a home and seized a cache of illegal narcotics, authorities said Friday.

Michael Anthony Bryan, 35, of Bacliff, was released Friday from jail on a $110,000 bond on charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and felony possession of marijuana, Maj. Ray Tuttoilmondo, a Galveston County Sheriff’s Office spokesman, said in a statement.

Deputies seized more than 53 grams of crack cocaine, more than 4 ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search of a home in the 3800 block of Chanterway in Bacliff, Tuttoilmondo said.
