Tanicha Dawson
Tanicha Monique Dawson, 28, departed this life Thursday, October 29, 2009, at UTMB. Tanicha was born in Detroit, Michigan to Deborah and Brad. Tanicha Dawson better known as “Tangie” attended and graduated from California public schools. She attended Meric Nursing School in California. “Tangie” was an affectionate, very loving and a caring person. “Tangie” liked to laugh and smile; she loved life and lived it to the fullest.
She leaves to cherish her memory her parents; five children Aeiron, Rickeyna, Javeion, Gregory and Jordon; also a loving fiancée Gregory L. Radin, Jr.; three sisters Christina, Sharon and Desirae; two brothers Thomas and Terrance; grandmother Rosetta Jones of Georgia; grandfather Robert Hill Of Detroit, Michigan; three aunts Sharon, LaTonya and Pamela (John); five uncles Dereice of Georgia, Reggie (Janice), David, Eugene, Robert Williams all of Detroit; and a host of great aunts, cousins from Detroit, California and Georgia.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2009, followed by a 12:00 noon Home Going Celebration at St. John Baptist Church 2917 Sealy St, Galveston, Texas. The Rev. Louis Simpson, Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Galveston, Texas.
