Peterson-Zendeh Del
Nancy Lee Peterson and Jerry Jackson of Galveston, Texas announce the engagement of their daughter, Carolyn Kate Peterson to Jonathan Zendeh Del, son of Michael and Carol Zendeh Del of Galveston, Texas.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Captain Robert William Peterson and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Weldon and Olive May Herrick Jackson of Belton, Missouri; the late Major and Mrs. James Eugene and Alice Campbell Gaughan, formerly of Galveston; Mr. Richard William Peterson and the late Mrs. June Ellen Mann Peterson of Carson City, Nevada. Carolyn is a 2002 graduate of Ball High School; a 2006 graduate of University of Kansas, where she received a BS in Accounting; and she received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. Abdollah Zendeh Del and Mrs. Bibi Alihosseini of Iran; and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Plante of Georgetown, Texas. Jonathan is a 2001 graduate of Ball High School, where he graduated with honors; a 2004 graduate of Baylor University, where he received his BBA in Management and Real Estate; and a 2008 graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree and graduated at the top of his class. Jonathan is an attorney with a large law firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The couple will exchange vows on October 3, 2009 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Galveston, Texas.
