GALVESTON — The D’Feet Breast Cancer “Celebration of Life” Run-Walk returns Oct. 24 at Moody Gardens in Galveston.
The event for the entire family is a principal fundraiser for D’Feet Breast Cancer, a nonprofit organization that provides free screening mammograms and follow-up care to uninsured and underserved women in Galveston County.
Events are certified 5K and 10K runs, a 5K walk and a 1K kids run-walk. The runs will wind through Moody Gardens, surrounding neighborhoods and to the Galveston seawall.
