Grisham-Shepherd
Mr. and Mrs. Kenny Grisham of Friendswood, Texas are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kody Michelle to Brooks Park Shepherd, son of Mr. Larry Park Shepherd of Calvert, Texas and Mrs. Kathy Miller of El Campo, Texas.
Kody is the granddaughter of Mrs. Marlene Bebo of Madill, Oklahoma and Mr. and Mrs. E.J. Hinson of Huntsville, Texas. Brooks is the grandson of Mary Lee Shepherd of League City, Texas and the late B. Park Shepherd and Patricia Crawford of San Marcos, Texas and the late Don Crawford.
Kody is a 2002 graduate of Friendswood High School and a 2006 graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and has been teaching First Grade in the Dickinson School District for the last three years at Bay Colony Elementary. She recently acquired her Masters Degree from Lamar University in Administration.
Brooks is a 1999 graduate of Wimberley High School and a 2005 graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos, where he obtained his Bachelors in Agricultural Business Management. Brooks has been employed for the last two years at Corrpro Company in Houston, Texas as a Senior Pipeline Integrity Specialist.
An outdoor wedding ceremony will take place at the Red Corral Ranch in Wimberley, Texas on October 10, 2009.
