Michael Ray Graves, Sr.
GALVESTON — Michael Ray Graves, Sr., 32, departed this life on Sunday, November 1, 2009, in La Marque, Texas.
Michael was born on September 3, 1977, in Galveston, Texas and was a welder by trade.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Annie Mae Graves, Dorothy Mae Como; other uncles and aunts.
He is survived by his sons Michael Dewayne Graves and mother, LaShonda and Michael Ray Graves, Jr. and mother, Kennell; parents Michael Sam and Vickie Graves; brothers Herbert Graves and Khristopher Demauchet; sisters Nicole Graves, Nikeshai Graves and Nakia Bellow; devoted aunt, Linda Henderson Hogan, other aunts, Josie Vasquez (Rene), Barbara Williams, Grace Wiltz (Jake), Lena Black (Darnell), Behula Houston (Jessie), and Felonise Burton; devoted friend, Sharon Campbell; stepson, Trae Campbell; host of other relatives and friends.
A service of remembrance will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 5, 2009, in the chapel of E R Johnson Family Mortuary with the Rev. Clifford Randon officiating. There will be no visitation.
