Tammy Yvonne Massey and Timothy C. Anderson, both of Texas City, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Shirley Massey Sr. of Galveston.
The groom-elect is the son of Goree and LuLa Birdwell of Galveston, and Cleo and Margaret Pratt of Shreveport, Louisiana.
The couple will exchange vows on September 5, 2009 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Galveston.
