Marcella Maxwell
LEAGUE CITY — Marcella Maxwell, 87, of League City, passed away Thursday November 5, 2009, in League City.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Christian Church in Texas City. Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday November 9, 2009, at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.
Mrs. Maxwell was born November 5, 1922, in Huntington, Indiana. She was a retired retail sales clerk.
She was preceded in death by her husband James L. Maxwell.
Survivors include her son Jim Maxwell and spouse Vickie; daughter Linda Jane Williams and husband Floyd; brother Robert Earl Burns; sister Virginia Atchley; three granddaughters: Sue Beth Roberts and husband Rusty, Amanda Maxwell and Emily Maxwell; and great-grandchildren Kayla and Beau Roberts.
