From Louise Brooks-style bobs, flapper dances, zoot suits and bellbottoms, the Texas City Independent School District has seen its share of fashion trends among the teen set.
Its students also have seen disaster, state titles in more than one sport and the joys and pains of growing up in this constantly growing city on Galveston Bay.
The Daily News and Sting alumni take a look back at the district from its beginning to the present and share memories.
